Privacy policy

Solta ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, company, email address and the details of your enquiry. We don't use advertising trackers. Our host, Cloudflare, records basic, cookie-free visit statistics such as page views and approximate location, which don't identify you.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that engagement. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who handles it

Form submissions are relayed by Web3Forms to our email, which is hosted by Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Keeping and accessing your information

We keep enquiry emails only as long as they're useful for our correspondence with you. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.
